Beaconsfield Campus

The Beaconsfield campus, situated in Beaconsfield Avenue, and accommodates students from Year 10 to Year 12.

The Beaconsfield campus is electronically linked to the Berwick campus, through the telephone system and computer network, to ensure swift communications.

Buses and trains provide transport either directly to the campus or to Beaconsfield railway station. Students from beyond Pakenham are accommodated by a school operated bus.

The Beaconsfield campus boasts 350 computers none of which is over three years old. The physical structure of the campus complements all learning opportunities offering a music recording studio, computer laboratories for graphic design, and multi media, a hospitality center, gymnasium including weights room and out latest addition: a Year 12 study area equipped computers and catering facilities.

Students have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities including Rock Eisteddfod, school productions, Tournament of the Minds, a wide range of sporting competitions, bands and Presentation Ball.

In the past, students have had the opportunity to participate in educational trips to the Central Australia and Japan.

All students are encouraged to enhance their leadership skills and there are many opportunities for students to lead within the College.

House System

Students are allocated to one of eight Houses named after important pioneers in the College's development. House Co-ordinators take a general responsibility for their House. Each House comprises vertically arranged Care Groups, each under the pastoral responsibility of the Care Group Teacher. The Care Group meets each morning and afternoon for pastoral and administrative matters, and once a week for a longer session.
